White mulberries are a great addition to raw cakes, cookies and chocolate. They are hard enough to grind up in a mill, or can be chopped or used whole. They add a slightly sweet, aromatic flavour.

Our white mulberries are produced to ecological standards and are free from agro-chemicals.

The white mulberries are not kept in stock so when you make your order we will obtain them directly from our supplier. Please understand that these mulberries are not available immediately and you will need to be prepared to wait until we have a delivery from our supplier before they can be sent out to you - the delivery dates and order deadlines for 2012 are below. If your order contains other items they will be sent together and we will notify you when this will be if no date is specified below. We cannot guarantee stock availability from our suppliers and will give you a full refund if we find they are out of stock when we make the order.
