This is so simple to make and creates a fantastic breakfast or snack in no time. The raw berry powders have quite a concentrated, sweet flavour that is perfect for this recipe.


2 dessertspoons Chia Seeds

1 dessertspoon raw strawberry, blueberry or raspberry powder


  1. 1.Soak Chia Seeds in a bowl of filtered water. This can be done in 20 minutes, but is better done overnight. You can keep them for up to 3 days in the fridge.

  2. 2.Add your chosen berry powder and stir thoroughly until the mixture is well blended and the powder dissolved.

  3. 3.That is it - enjoy!
