I have been on the search for the perfect olive for a long time. I have tasted quite a few and they rarely meet my picky requirements. However, not only are these organic, they are also raw and they taste amazing. Once you have tried these I believe you will never eat a supermarket olive again. These are amazing artisan products from Palestine which help the local people gain dignity by earning a decent wage from their labour.
Zaytoun’s organic Fairtrade tree-ripened black olives are smothered in delicious raw, organic olive oil and seasoned with a dash of sea salt. The olives are a world-first Fairtrade product.
They are produced by farming cooperatives within the Palestinian Fairtrade Association who harvest their trees by hand every October.
