Incan berries are from South America. They are also known as Cape Gooseberries, agauaymanto berries or Goldenberries. These dried berries taste sweet with a lemony flavour. They are rich in bioflavinoids and pectin, phosphorous, vitamins A, C, B1, B2, B6, and B12, and very rich in protein (16%).
You can eat Incan berries as they are, or add into desserts or smoothies. My kids love munching on them as snacks.
