OK, these don’t have any brandy in and they don’t exactly snap but they certainly look the part and taste great. I was trying to find something to do with all of those summer plums on my tree that all came at the same time. I managed to use up 15 of them in this recipe - blended them to a pulp, added a little ground flax and dehydrated the mixture in a couple of big circles. While they were still pliable I rolled them, dehydrated them a little more until cripsy and then filled them with banana ice cream made from frozen bananas. And you will never guess what - we had them for breakfast!
