I am going to be doing a talk about Raw Food for Families and a Raw Cake Making Demo at the Raw And Wild Festival on Saturday 12th September near Forrest Row in East Sussex. I will have a stall with products from the Have Raw Cake And Eat It shop and some raw cakes for sale and will be there with my family to chat to you.

There will be talks, demonstrations, cafe, stalls, open farm and much more for all the family. Come and taste local biodynamic food at its best! Come along and enjoy the lovely open spaces they have at the farm and you’ll be able to meet up with other people interested in raw and wild food and find out more if you are new to raw food and interested.
