1. 1.STANDARD SERVICE - UK MAINLAND
   

For orders up to 2kg, we use Royal Mail First Class. For orders over 2kg we use either a next day courier service or Royal Mail Standard Parcels. Postage and packing costs are £2.95, £3.95, £4.90 or £5.80 based on the weight of your order. This service is suitable for all UK mainland orders of any weight.

2. STANDARD - SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, ISLANDS AND NORTHERN IRELAND UP TO 3500G

For orders up to 2kg, we use Royal Mail First Class. For orders over 2kg we use either a next day courier service or Royal Mail Standard Parcels. Postage and packing costs are £2.95, £3.95, £4.90 or £5.80 based on the weight of your order. It can only be used for Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland orders of products weighing up to 3500g in total - please select the courier service for orders over 3500g to Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. This service is not suitable for orders containing Kitchen Equipment.

3. COURIER - SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, ISLANDS AND NORTHERN IRELAND - OVER 3500G

Orders over 3500g to Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland will either be sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels or Courier and will vary depending on weight. You can see the price in the shopping basket by choosing your destination and selecting recalculate. Please also use this service for Kitchen Equipment to be delivered to the Scottish Highlands, N.Ireland and Islands - there will be a £10.00 additional delivery charge.

4. STANDARD - CHANNEL ISLANDS UP TO 3500G

For orders up to 2kg, we use Royal Mail First Class. For orders over 2kg we use either a next day courier service or Royal Mail Standard Parcels. Postage and packing costs are £2.95, £3.95, £4.90 or £5.80 based on the weight of your order. It can only be used for The Channel Islands orders of products weighing up to 3500g in total - please select the courier service for orders over 3500g to The Channel Islands. This service is not suitable for orders containing Kitchen Equipment.

3. COURIER - CHANNEL ISLANDS - OVER 3500G

Orders over 3500g to Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland will either be sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels or Courier and will vary depending on weight. You can see the price in the shopping basket by choosing your destination and selecting recalculate. Please also use this service for Kitchen Equipment to be delivered to The Channel Islands - there will be a £10.00 additional delivery charge.

NOTES - The following items are usually despatched directly from the manufacturer by Royal Mail: Buckwheaties, Stone Mills Flax Oil and Biocare Supplements.
