This is the juicer we have in our house and we think it is great. It is very sturdy and robust and can perform a variety of tasks. With the juicing plate it will juice any fruit or vegetables. It will not juice wheatgrass and is not the best juicer for juicing green leaves alone. However, It will juice a reasonable quantity of green leaves if they are juiced alongside other harder items such as cucumber, celery, apple etc. - just alternate inserting the harder items and the leaves and start with the harder items to get it going.

It is also fantastic for making raw ice creams and nut butters with the homogenising plate. For a great raw ice cream, peel a few ripe bananas and freeze overnight. The next day put them through the champion either by themselves or alongside frozen berries for fantastic ice cream that can be eater alone or with a raw sauce.
