These Organic Raw Cashews have been cracked with a special tool by hand so have not required any heat treatment in their processing.

Raw Organic Cashews are fantastic for use in raw desserts to make creams and ‘nut cheese’ for both sweet and savoury dishes. They also make great snacks by themselves.

We recommend you keep them in the fridge once you receive them and use them within a month.

These 500g and 1kg bags of organic raw cashews are not kept in stock so when you make your order we will obtain them directly from our supplier to ensure they are fresh. Please understand that these cashews are not available immediately and you will need to be prepared to wait until we have a delivery from our supplier before they can be sent out to you - the delivery dates and order deadlines for 2012 are below. If your order contains other items they will be sent together and we will notify you when this will be if no date is specified below. We cannot guarantee stock availability from our suppliers and will give you a full refund if we find they are out of stock when we make the order.
