have raw cake and eat it

 

This is breakfast f’you but it’s not really muesli. When you have children to look after all day you need something that makes you feel great in the morning as well as being nutritious.  I love this with home made almond milk - it is crunchy while being light and refreshing. You can buy buckwheaties, or you can make your own if you have a dehydrator - I make loads as they keep well. Serves 2


100g buckwheaties 

organic blueberries (can substitute other soft fruit or banana)

1 organic apple (can substitute with other fruit such as pear)

small handful goji berries

handful unhulled hemp seeds

organic almond mylk or chia and carob mylk (or other milk of choice)


  1. 1.Put the buckwheaties in the bowls.

  2. 2.Grate on the apple, stir in the goji berries, hemp seeds and blueberries or other soft fruit and pour over mylk/milk of your choice. Delicious!
