Our Raw Chocolate Brownies are hand made freshly once a month and will be sent out to you on a Monday. Please make your order by the Friday before at 5pm for despatched for the following Monday. For large orders please let us know by Monday of the week before. The dates each month they are made are shown above in red type.

Raw Chocolate Brownies: raw dates, raw soaked almonds, raw cacao powder 4.7%, raw cacao butter 3.6%, raw coconut butter, lucuma powder, purple corn flour, raw carob powder, vanilla. All ingredients are sourced from suppliers with high ecological standards.
Raw Chocolate Mint Brownies: raw dates, raw soaked almonds, raw cacao powder 4.7%, raw cacao butter 3.6%, raw coconut butter, lucuma powder, purple corn flour, raw carob powder, vanilla, mint oil 0.02%. All ingredients are sourced from suppliers with high ecological standards.
Raw Carob Orange Brownies: raw dates, raw soaked almonds, raw coconut butter, raw carob powder 4.8%, lucuma powder, purple corn flour, vanilla, orange oil 0.04%. All ingredients are sourced from suppliers with high ecological standards.
These Brownies will be sent out in environmentally friendly insulated packaging with ice packs and should be refrigerated on arrival. They are made freshly to order and will have an 8 day shelf life from the despatch day. All Brownies will be despatched once a month on the Mondays shown above unless otherwise notified and other items ordered at the same time will be despatched together unless a separate order is made.
What is special about Have Raw Cake And Eat It Raw Chocolate Brownies?
Our Raw Chocolate Brownies are hand made by us to the highest standards with ingredients that are free from artificial fertilisers and pesticides.
We only use dates to sweeten our Brownies. We do not use agave syrup in our recipes and wish to share our love for agave free cakes with you. Dates are a wholefood and contain beneficial nutrients.
You will have a lovely chocolatey taste without consuming too much cacao - our Raw Chocolate and Raw Chocolate Mint Brownies only contain less than 9% cacao solids altogether. Our Raw Orange Carob Brownies are totally free of cacao butter or cacao powder.
We only use almonds, which are alkalising, unlike most other nuts. Our almonds are regularly obtained fresh from suppliers with a high turnover, refrigerated by us, inspected to remove any broken ones and then soaked to instigate the sprouting process and reduce tannic acid.
The almonds are ground down so that small children can eat them - it is the best way of persuading our 3 year old to eat almonds (please make you own decisions about giving nuts to your small children with regard to allergies and choking).
The Brownies are wrapped, refrigerated and sent to you in special chilled packaging to ensure they are fresh. They are all made to order and are despatched with an 8 day shelf life so they will not be sitting around on shelves.
Our wrapping which is in contact with the Brownie is made from plant based cellulose and our boxes and labels are made from recycled card. Our packaging uses biodegradable or recycled bubble wrap and recycled paper.
