Although these are readily available in most health food shops, organic unsulphured apricots such as these are not always available in supermarkets.

I consider them such a staple that I am offering them here as a bulk pre-order to ensure they are available to all of you who wish to try out some of my cake and sweet recipes. Please note a very small amount of rice flour is added to these dried apricots in their processing to stop them sticking together. It is not noticeable and is usual for either rice flour or sunflower oil to be added to dried fruit for this reason and I think rice flour is a much better option than the oil.

Please understand that these dried apricots are not available immediately and you will need to be prepared to wait until we have a delivery from our supplier before it can be sent out to you - the despatch dates and order deadlines for 2012 are below. If your order contains other items they will be sent together and we will notify you when this will be if no date is specified below. We cannot guarantee stock availability from our suppliers and will give you a full refund if we find they are out of stock when we make the order.
